As I don’t live in the UK all the arrangements for my mums thanksgiving service were made with Louise via email Every question I had was answered promptly and I was given guidance throughout the planning process Colin Hawkins was selected by Louise to be our celebrant -he had led by sisters funeral 4yrs previously.When I met with Colin on the day of mums service he put me at ease .Mums thanksgiving service was everything we hoped for and many friends and family commented afterwards on how lovely it was .Following the service Colin gave me a lovely presentation copy of mums service . I would definitely recommend WFS and Colin .

We chose to do my mums funeral service with Woking Funeral Services due to the friendly and supportive nature of the staff right from the first enquiry. As a 22 year old, I pictured organising my mums funeral being the worst thing imaginable, but with the help from Louise at WFS, I was made to feel comfortable and supported throughout. With the many little quirky requests we had, Louise and the team welcomed us and never made us feel that we were asking too much or visiting too often. We were allowed to come to the chapel to paint my mums casket, where the team often came in to check the progress, but left us to our devices and take time to have those last few special moments. You all made the experience as smooth as it could be, and I am so glad we chose to organise mums celebration through you. I would recommend Woking Funeral Service to anyone who is looking for friendly and inviting staff, who will ensure all your requests are carried out exactly how you want. Thank you all

I cannot thank Louise enough for everything she did for my family and me during one of the most difficult times of our lives. Losing my mum was an enormous loss, and navigating the funeral arrangements while grieving felt overwhelming. From the moment we met Louise, she made us feel comfortable, supported, and cared for.

Louise is quite simply a living angel. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care shone through in every interaction. She took the time to listen, understand our wishes, and guide us through every step of the process with patience and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was incredibly accommodating to all of our needs.

During such a heartbreaking and emotional time, Louise made a difficult journey so much easier. She provided reassurance when we needed it most and treated both my mum and our family with the utmost dignity and respect. Her warmth and professionalism helped alleviate so much of the stress and worry that comes with planning a funeral.

Louise is an extraordinary woman who goes above and beyond for the families she supports. We genuinely do not know what we would have done without her. The care and compassion she showed will stay with us forever.
