Not knowing about what to do when your mother dies, we were provided fantastic help from Debbie and Rachel who guided us seamlessly through the process. It must of helped that mum had a funeral plan, but the level of help we received went well beyond that.

In the time between mum's last breath and being able to bury her, we were provided compassionate help and guidance.

On the day of the funeral Sam stepped up and took charge of the proceedings, delivering the dignified support as the coffin went from the Funeral Director's base in Horsell, into the church and then on to the grave yard. It was seamless and went without a hitch.

I would highly recommend speaking with this team as they will help you.

Excellent service. We were treated with compassion and respect at a difficult time. All the staff members we dealt with were kind and understanding.
Lorna put us in contact with Colin Hawkins who took on the role of celebrant. Colin help us with the service giving useful advice and understanding our needs.

I cannot recommend Woking Funeral Service enough. They were so helpful, kind and patient with us. Della was our contact and was always easy to get hold of, and nothing was too much. I’d also like to say that Sam, who actually came out with the cars was amazing. We must have been the most disorganised family, both getting in the cars and sitting down at the service and cannot thank him enough for his calm and kind manor. Lastly we wanted to mention Paul Winder who was the Celebrant we used. Woking funeral services organised my fathers funeral. From the very start Kerry was helpful and understanding. She really took her time to explain the process to us. Receptive and responsive the whole way through, nothing was too much trouble for Kerry.
On the day of the service, Julie ensured that everything ran smoothly and was very reassuring.

Brilliant. The folks here were kind, considerate and oh so helpful. Took the time and trouble to explain everything and to guide us through all the 'bit's and pieces' funerals involve. My particlar thanks go to Lorna who could not have been more helpful if she tried and to Stan who guided us though on the actual day. Many many thanks. From the moment I walked I felt I was in the hands of someone that really cared. I met Lorna, who was just wonderful. She helped us with every aspect of my late fathers funeral. I can't recommend them highly enough. The day before the funeral took place I had a call from Sam just to go through how the day was going to go and to see if I had any last minute questions. On the actual day we were in the hands of Sam and his team. who were just amazing. Calm and caring. Thank you, to everyone involved on the day. You made a day I was dreading - bearable.
